Custom-made bolts manufactured to your drawing
Not everything a job needs is in the catalogue. When the size does not exist in a standard, the length is not in stock or the part has its own geometry, we manufacture it to the customer's drawing.
It is common in large sizes: in M42, for example, an M42x200 may be in the warehouse and an M42x220 may need manufacturing. With the drawing or the specification we return price and lead time together, with the in-stock alternative if there is one.
| What we make | Examples |
|---|---|
| Lengths out of stock | DIN 931 or 933 in non-standard lengths |
| Threaded rod and stud | Full thread in made-to-size lengths |
| Parts to drawing | Specific geometry, thread or material |
| Treatments | Heat treatments and coatings through our manufacturers |
What we need to quote
The dimensioned drawing or, if there is none, thread size, length, thread length, property class or material, finish and quantity. If the part replaces another one, a photo with dimensions also works as a starting point.
Certificate and traceability
For a manufactured part, the inspection certificate 3.1 to EN 10204 is issued on request. Ask for it with the order: obtaining it afterwards is not always possible.
No minimum order
We manufacture from short runs. For example, we have supplied 900 DIN 931 8.8 M64x300 zinc plated bolts as part of a supply of more than 2,700 pieces from M36 to M64.
