DIN 125 (ISO 7089) plain washer and DIN 9021 wide washer
← Back to standards and grades
DIN 125 is the standard plain washer that spreads the load under the bolt head or the nut. Its current equivalent is ISO 7089.
It is made in two forms that differ only in the chamfer: form A is flat with no chamfer and form B has a chamfer.
When the hole is oversized or the material of the part is soft, the DIN 9021 wide washer is used, equivalent to ISO 7093, with a larger outside diameter.
